No - apparently the City of Oakville has no intention of opening this yr unfortunately.
The angler would have to launch out of Fishermans Pier or Oakville / motor around to Bronte for cooler check.

It will be the same situation as was the Bronte Shootout today.
There is limited space to temporarily moore.
It's certainly not ideal.
Everyone there is very accommodating though and willing to help you find a spot.

Great payouts in this tournament, with a 50 boat field $3875 for first place, and if your lucky enough to also get the big fish, your taking home $5375!! If you haven't fished a tournament before give it a try, it's a blast. See how you do against other anglers that day, maybe you'll surprise yourself.

Unfortunately I don't think I can make it, have a family event in the pm.   If guys are wondering about the fishing...the Kings are coming home and are chomping ;)
It was my first time running the shark flashers...First fish hit almost immediately after setting up, and managed a few and some misses in a couple hours during the eclipse for fun and was off before dusk, I was impressed!

Have fun guys hope it's a good turn out!
