Launched at Fifty point around 8am and fished until 2pm. I was in tight (12 - 20 fow) looking for browns, caught 4 lakers??? What are they doing in so close??? Noticed a few boats out a little deeper, probably in that 50 - 60 FOW range as all the reports have said that fish have been caught in that range. I trolled east to a little past Forans, nicer water color out front of Grimsby and a touch warmer surface temps, in the high forties and touching 50 every once in a while. Marked a couple small bait balls. Probably try for kings next trip and take a look a little deeper.
