Risk of thunderstorms is generic / waves less than 1 meter is generic for most. Boat types obviously have different thresholds of concern also.
If you want a forecast over land that's specific / precise, I recommend starting with a Terminal Aerodrome Forecast:

Concentrate on the wind / weather elements and move on to the lake conditions / forecast.
