Scotty King of Kings - 2017 Tournament Dates

With the winter quickly moving on plans are underway for another great Lake Ontario Tournament season and the Scotty King of Kings is pleased to announce the following dates for the 2017 Tournaments. 

For those that have not visited the tournament website kingofkings.ca, the dates for this year’s events are -  Spring Tournament - June 17, 2017,  and the Summer Tournament - August 5, 2017.  Based on feedback we received from last year’s participants the registration fees, formats and payouts will remain the same as the 2016 Tournaments, meaning the Spring Tournament will be a $1,000/team entry with a $25,000 1st place payout (assuming 60 boat field) and the Summer Tournament will be $2,000/team entry with a $40,000 1st Place Payout (assuming a 40 boat field).  In addition, the 2017 Summer Tournament will also play host to the "Double Down" Division for the 2016 Summer Teams that elected to participate, and these teams will be fishing for an additional $30,000 in 1st place money, and competing for a total combined purse of over $140,000 - how is that for 8 hrs of fishing!!! 

Please note that for returning teams in order to hold your reserved spot in the tournament, payment registrations for the Spring Tournament are due in full by April 1, 2017 and for the Summer Tournament  by June 1, 2017, after which there will be no guaranteed spots, and openings will be offered to newly registered team.  For those teams interested in going on the waiting list, please complete the registration form and forward a $200 deposit to indicate your interest/intent to fish - waiting list entries will be treated on date received order.   Registration forms can be found at kingofkings.ca and cheques can be mailed to the following address:
