I have a 2000 18 ft. Mirrocraft dual impact with a 125 mercury motor with tilt and trim. I bought the boat new in April of 2001. I used the boat from April of 2001 until I took possession of my current boat in June 2002. The only reason I got a new boat was I started fishing tournaments professionally and needed the extra room. The boat that I am selling was used for an honest 25 trips or less and has an estimated 125-175 hours on it. It has not been used since June 2002. The motor and boat still look like new. There is a glove compartment door that is faded but still functions flawlessly, and a small hold in the port side padded gunnel vinyl. This happened at the dealer when they installed the pads but they gave me 4 gallons of oil in trade so I shook it off. The trailer was used so little that the tires still have the nipples on the sides.
Anyway, it has dual console to keep you and your passengers out of the wind and wave spray, an Eagle Acura 240 fishfinder (middle of the line), ship to shore radio, 4 rod holders, bench seats that can fold down into a platform for bass style casting, a 30 gallon aerated livewell, and an all carpeted aluminum floor.
The boat is VERY seaworthy for 3-4 guys, and you will not be disappointed with the speed. With my dog and I, I had it going 52mph with about a 6" chop on the water.
Last year when I checked the blue book value was $12,600 U.S for the boat, motor, and trailer. I still owe $10,500 American for it and make a $250 payment each month for something that has been stored since 2002. I am looking for a reasonable offer. I have been upside down on it since I bought it and just could not see having to sell it and go to the bank to take out a loan to pay off the remaining balance. Send me a pm if interested. Craig
