« on: June 08, 2018, 08:36:03 pm »
Started 80 fow worked NE to 215 fow. Only one laker on the first rigger drop of morning.  Cycled  through and caught on all setups as long as it was green and or blue. Took one on 10 colour lead. Rest on dipsys and riggers.. Ran spin doctor atomik combo worked well. Dropped a silver blue stormhardbody down 80 on a rigger and took a nice king. Fun morning. Good luck

Hey Adam the bar has been a good spot for a lot of us the last few weeks. 150'+ heavy spoon bite. I don't have a fish hawk but tend to troll 2.6-3.0 sog with the balls 50-80' down. Lots of decent reports coming from the west end so you might not have to go all the way to the bar from Grimsby so perhaps try straight out and drop lines around 90' and head past the weather buoy. I've hit a bunch on flies as well but definitely more on spoons so far. Tight lines!

Great and thanks for the reply. We worked from 60' out to 25p' only grabbing Lakers and a small coho. Definitely going to head out deeper next time. Thanks for the help and I'll post update next time. Adam
