Hi everyone...we're looking for volunteers and members of the community to come and lend a hand with transfer of 20,000 chinook salmon fry from the OMNRF stocking truck to the Whitby pens this coming Friday. Fish arrive at 11:30 to 12noon and this is a family friendly event. We believe it's a Professional Development Day for the kids across Durham and we can offer volunteer hours to high school students as well. We look forward to the arrival and 5 weeks of watching this next generation of kings for Lake O grow!!
