Jet boat

Anyone running a jet boat style for great lakes fishing.?

Something like the custom weld jet or hews jet?

Just wondering  the pros/ cons of using them on the great lakes.

No pros i can think of, and lots of cons.
Higher initial cost.
Poor efficiency.
Poor slow speed steering.
Never heard of anyone trolling with one?
That said i have never owned one...
I do know several people who owned recreational versions and, after the initial rush, all sold them.
I think they are great for a river boat.  Unnecessary for the big lakes.
