I went out from Foran's yesterday (May 24) and it was like a horror movie where the Midges were concerned. Took me 5 hours to clean the boat when I got home and we only stayed out for a short time as the bugs made it unbearable.

How did you do out of Foran's.  We were out of dalhousie Saturday.  Double header first 5 mi Tues then slow the rest of the day.

Hoping to take my boys out Thursday, can anyone advise how long the midges will be around on average? Thanks in advance.

Here were the midges this morning.   Worst I've seen in a long time.
