Wanted to avoid the crowds at PD today so I launched a little closer to home late this afternoon and fished the Grimsby area. All I can say is am I ever glad I did!!
First fish at 14lbs.

2nd at 16lbs.

3rd at 16lbs. with a little buddy tagging along that I killed.

Last fish hit just as I was getting ready to come in, a sweet 20lber  ;D.

Only fished from 4-6:00 and landed these fish out of a tiny spot, not another boat in site and the whole time the FF looked like this.

Get out there boys and find the pockets of fish and when you do, stay on em!!!

PS: Everything came on Firetiger  8-).

Great report Rigger. I went out of Dalousie, didn't move a rod in 4 hours, also never found any hooks on the FF like that. It seemed the fish and bait were scattered. Only a few were on top of them. Hope conditions are good for Monday.

You definatly found a nice pocket of Silver Salmon. Great job, I was out for almost 6hrs and nothing moved. That is why they call it fishin and not cathin i guess.
