Instead of the cable ever thought of using a snubber?

I bought a weight snubber once but never used it. Does it work well seems like it may break too.

Ive been using the blue scotty snubbers on my 16lb torpedos for years.     Work great and take a lot of the jerking force off the riggers.

I may have to try it as I notice a nick in the breakaway cable.

X2 on the blue snubber made a big difference in rough water. No more bouncing of the rigger arms.

I only use snubbers now myself and not the break away cable. I may be down that way this weekend Rick and if you want and I can find mine you can have the breakaway cable if we are near each other. Not sure what port I will be launching out of yet
