I seen a post on another site saying Haldimand/Norfolk counties have closed and barricaded boat launches. Seems to be the only place I've heard so far.

That's a public launch I assume? Privately run launches are still open.

Yes I believe you're correct. Only the municipally run launches.

You can't have 2 people in a boat out on the lake, but 100 people can walk through a public park or conservation area at the same time ?
