Port Franks and Kettle Point
« on: May 30, 2021, 12:12:05 pm »
Hello all,
Port Franks and Kettle Point - the weather is great and I want to get there this week.
Would appreciate any info including boat launch, what works etc.
Planning to use the same setup as Lake O with smaller spoons to hit the upper layer of the water in 40-60 fow.
Thank you in advance
Vlad

if ur not familiar with the area I'd go out of port franks conservation. The mouth of the river is shallow but passable just trim up. Head west northwest to kettle point. I.d start in 65 fow and work my way deeper. Been catching lots of coho and some nice kings.

Watch the winds as well, even more so than on other lakes.
