Lowrance- Motor guide or Hummingbird -Minn Kota

I currently have Lowrance HDS 7 Gen 1 (Structure Scan) with Motorguide W55.  I want to upgrade to at least 24 V motor with newer sonar.  I was thinking of Lowrance Elite FS 9 and Xi5 (new sonar would be connected to motor's transducer).  Also would keep older Lowrance unit....  Any thoughts?  All would be part of 18' aluminium fishing boat setup ...

I ordered a Mint Kota Ulterra 80# 45 inch at the begging of December 2021 and just got a update that it will be built in July....7 months.
