well i headed out for some laker action tonight from fishermans pier. while on my way to and from bronte lately i have been seeing lots of hooks on bottom around the 80 foot mark in front of pier so i thought i would try to see if they are lakers as i nave not caught one yet from lady O. set up at 7 pm with 2 riggers just off bottom and ran out 2 dipseys with green flasher\flys combos untill 9pm. water was perfect and weather was nice. surface temp was 57' and down temp from 80 to 100' was 48 to 49' well no takers on the lakers from the riggers but mananged to bows off the dipseys on setting 3/120 and 3/90. no real size about 4lbs each but at least i was not skunked... i will get me a laker some day
