Jordan March 24
« on: March 24, 2021, 06:34:56 pm »
Solo trip to get out of the house. Searched for browns with no luck. Decided to get a laker and went to 40 fow and diving stick bait. It took 10 minutes and got an 8 lb for the smoker. Nice getting out

WARNING ... use Jordan with care. Water low and there is a submerged cement block just past docks on left. I marked with a white marker and decoy line. Take a wide line. Murky water and its only 12 inches below.

Thanks for the heads up! I wish your report was 2 days earlier.  Luckily I was partially trimmed up just grazed the skeg. Just to clarify for others I was headed back in, tight to the finger docks on the left side 2nd or third dock from the west.

On the bright side we hit 5 lakers.... got ours on bay rats, j11 and one big boy on a spoon down 27 in 30fow. 2 colour 3 colour 2 oz snap weight clipped @ 50 ft back 110 all fired 8 am - 9:30 am nothing before or after.  No browns for us even in tight in search mode planers way out in 10-15 fow.
